Job Title: Accounts Payable Assistant

Location: Farringdon, Hybrid working Mondays and Fridays at home (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursdays in office)

Pay: -14.00 - -15.00 per hour

Duration: Temporary 6-8 weeks

Hours/Days: Monday - Friday 9am-6pm

Start date: Tuesday 12th August 2025

Responsibilities: Are you ready to jump into an exciting Accounts Payable role? Join our dynamic team and take charge of the following key responsibilities:

• Manage weekly payment runs and handle urgent ad hoc payments with efficiency.
• Execute full end-to-end processing of invoices, ensuring every detail is accurate and timely.
• utilise your SAP expertise to enter and process approximately 50-60 invoices weekly from 20-30 vendors.
• Communicate and coordinate seamlessly using tools like Outlook and Reed Soft.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date supplier records and files.
• Review, verify, and reconcile invoice details to ensure everything is spot on.
• Prepare payment runs, generating and issuing cheques like a pro.
• Support general accounts payable tasks and tackle ad hoc duties as they arise.

Requirements & Experience: To thrive in this role, you''ll need to bring:

• Proven SAP and Accounts Payable experience (mandatory).
• A proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• The capability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced accounts payable environment is highly desirable.
