Rikama Education Ltd are currently working with an SEN school in the Bromley borough who are looking an Teaching Assistant.
The School caters for pupils with SEMH and associated conditions and challenging behaviour as their primary needs.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant you will be working with pupils on a 1to1 and small group basis.

Ideally you will have experience of working as an SEN Teaching Assistant with students and supporting learning in KS1/5 with students with challenging behaviour.

As a SEN Teaching Assistant, your responsibilities include:

• To provide a safe, supportive and nuturing classroom environment
• To liaise with the lead teacher in preparing the classroom
• Support children with special educational needs and diverse learning styles.
• Track and monitor student progression
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and procedures.

The school has an excellent support team and experienced SLT as part of the extended team
