Our client, a global agricultural company, is embarking on a major transformation at their Huddersfield site, and needs an experienced leader to take the reins.This senior role will drive change across three critical areas:Products and AssetsService and InfrastructureOrganisational StructureYou’ll establish and oversee the PMO, manage stakeholder engagement at the highest levels, and lead the delivery of a complex programme with lasting impact.We’re looking for someone with:Proven success in transformation and restructuring projectsStrong PMO governance and financial management skillsThe ability to influence, negotiate, and lead through changeDemonstrated experience in workforce restructuring projects, including significant headcount reductions and resetSupporting the preparation for formal consultation processes with trade unions and employee representativesExperience developing and implementing project governance frameworks to ensure delivery against timescales and budgetsExceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levelsStrong leadership qualities with the ability to navigate challenging situationsDeep understanding of project management methodologies and best practicesThis is a challenging but rewarding opportunity to facilitate a significant transformation programme with lasting impact.The role requires someone who can balance technical project management expertise with the interpersonal skills needed to guide teams through substantial change.
