This lovely, medium-sized home offers a mix of nursing, residential, and dementia care to elderly residents, with a strong focus on person-centred care. As the Deputy Home Manager, you''ll work alongside an amazing Home Manager and a friendly, supportive team. Your role will involve a mix of office-based supernumerary shifts, supporting the Home Manager, and hands-on time on the floor, guiding and inspiring the care team to deliver the best care possible. The home is spread across 4 units and accommodates up to 60 residents, providing a warm and welcoming environment. You''ll play an essential part in assessments and help ensure clinical excellence throughout the service.
