We are searching for a talented Banqueting Supervisor to join their friendly team just outside of Edinburgh to deliver beautiful weddings. What you will get in your new role 15 per hour, paid on a weekly basis, with holiday pay accrued Weekend work only Fun atmosphere creating fantastic memories A supportive and inclusive work environment Responsibilities in your new role as Banqueting Supervisor In your role as Banqueting Supervisor, you will oversee and manage wedding receptions in a gorgeous venue and would include table service, ensuring that food and drinks are served promptly and directly to guests. You will manage guest requests and quickly resolve any service issues that arise. Coordination with the kitchen and bar is key, as you will maintain flow and ensure smooth transitions between courses, speeches, and dances. As the main point of contact for the bride and groom throughout events, you will ensure that timelines are carefully followed, creating memorable experiences for everyone involved.
