Job Description:
- Deliverandnbsp;tailored, engaging lessonsandnbsp;that meet the diverse needs of pupils withandnbsp;SEND, includingandnbsp;ASD,andnbsp;SEMH, andandnbsp;MLD
- Create aandnbsp;safe,andnbsp;inclusive, andandnbsp;stimulating classroom environmentandnbsp;that encouragesandnbsp;independenceandnbsp;andandnbsp;confidence
- Collaborate withandnbsp;Teaching Assistants, theandnbsp;SENCO, and external professionals to implement and reviewandnbsp;EHCPs
- Use a range ofandnbsp;assessment strategiesandnbsp;to track progress and inform planning
- Build strong,andnbsp;positive relationshipsandnbsp;with pupils, families, and colleagues
- Contribute to the wider school community throughandnbsp;inclusive activitiesandnbsp;andandnbsp;team initiatives
The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Have experience supporting pupils withandnbsp;SENDandnbsp;in a primary setting (desirable but not essential)
- Is aandnbsp;reflective,andnbsp;resilient, andandnbsp;creative educatorandnbsp;with strongandnbsp;behaviour managementandnbsp;skills
- Demonstrates a deep understanding ofandnbsp;inclusive education,andnbsp;safeguarding, andandnbsp;child development
- Possesses excellentandnbsp;communication,andnbsp;organisation, andandnbsp;teamworkandnbsp;abilities
- Is committed toandnbsp;ongoing professional developmentandnbsp;andandnbsp;collaborative working
