A leading global consultancy who are seeking a talented Endur Business Analyst to join their expanding Energy and Commodities practice. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile transformation programmes for major clients in the Gas and Power sector.The RoleAs an Endur Business Analyst, you will play a key role in the delivery of business and technology solutions, bridging the gap between trading operations and technical teams. You will be responsible for capturing requirements, shaping solutions, and ensuring that Endur is effectively aligned with business needs across front-to-back processes.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with business stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document functional requirementsTranslate business needs into clear specifications for Endur system enhancements and configurationsSupport full project lifecycle from design through to testing, deployment, and post-go-live supportWork closely with trading, risk, operations, and IT teams to optimise processes within Gas and Power tradingPerform system analysis, gap assessments, and propose solutions aligned to best practiceProvide subject matter expertise on Endur modules and workflowsRequirements:Circa 5 years’ hands-on Endur experience, ideally in consultancy or client-side delivery rolesStrong understanding of Gas and Power trading markets, with exposure to ETRM front-to-back processesProven ability to act as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating complex requirementsExperience in full project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, design, UAT, and implementationKnowledge of risk management, trade lifecycle, and regulatory requirements in energy marketsStrong stakeholder management and communication skillsThis is a Hybrid role with a base salary around £120k, flexible to £130/140k for the right candidate.Please apply for immediate consideration.Seniority level
