Must have active SC Clearance or held SC in the pastOur client, a boutique digital agency, are currently in search of Senior UX Designers to join their team in London to work on exciting central government projects.UX designers ensure that people using a service can do what they need to do, when they need to do it, in a way that is easy for them. Champions of user-centred design, they work with other Agile team members to test and iterate designs, and advise clients on how to get the best from design.As a Senior Consultant specialising in UX you will:Advise clients on how to solve complex problems using interaction/UX design, people-centred design and Agile methodologiesLead multidisciplinary Agile teams to design services that meet identified user needsAdvocate inclusive approaches and styles within UX designBuild supportive relationships with clients and stakeholders, yet challenge ideas and manage difficult conversationsKey skills required for the Senior UX Designer:Advanced UX design skills, with experience of applying these across different environmentsExperience of working in multidisciplinary Agile teams to design and deliver user-centred servicesExperience of mentoring/training other UX designers or MCD teamsStrong consultancy and leadership skillsYou must have expereince with SaaS (ideally Salesforce products)The Senior UX Designer package:10% bonusFlexible benefits packageGet in touch with Connor Smyth at Anson McCade to hear more about this Senior UX Design opportunity!Seniority level
