The food produced here is of Michelin standard and ranges from working lunches to canap s, events and sit down formal dinners. All food is freshly prepared using seasonal ingredients and attention to detail and presentation is essential.What you''ll be doing: Working as part of a team within the fine dining and hospitality kitchen Cooking from fresh ingredients and produce Assisting with stock take and ordering Supporting with training commis chefsWorking hours are Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week with paid overtime (2-3 evenings per week)Benefits include: Paid overtime Opportunities for career progression Training programs and courses 28 days holiday plus your birthday offWhat we are looking for: An experienced and motivated Chef de Partie with a proven work history PASSION!
