Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity SurveyorWe are recruiting for a well-established contractor with a strong track record of delivering complex packages across multiple sectors, including construction, nuclear, civil engineering, renewable energy, and oil and gas. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint either a strong Quantity Surveyor or a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team.The business delivers major projects for leading clients and Tier 1 contractors. Their portfolio includes high-value schemes across the UK and internationally, offering exposure to technically challenging and commercially diverse projects.The successful candidate will have proven NEC contract experience and ideally come from a subcontractor background, with the ability to manage commercial responsibilities from procurement through to final account.Key Responsibilities Commercial management of projects from tender through to final accountAdministration and management of NEC contractsValuations, variations, change control and cost reportingSubcontract procurement and package managementClient and contractor liaison on major projects Key Requirements Experience operating at QS or SQS levelStrong NEC contract experience (essential)Subcontractor background preferredExperience across engineering, fit-out, MandE or steel sectors (desirable)Strong commercial, contractual and reporting skills Location and Working Pattern Office-based role with occasional visits to client ..... full job details .....
