This company is a rapidly-growing company with proven success and a clear, innovative, strategic plan. This role is 5 days/week (Monday to Friday), 8 hours/day with all 5 days in the office. Your new role Reporting to the Co-Founder, the purpose of this role will be to handle outbound calls to customers and prospective clients, with the duties including: Understanding the needs and preferences of customers.Introducing products/services and generating sales leads.Building and maintaining strong customer relationships.Fielding any queries and questions and assisting with solutions.Collaborating with the team to drive forward strategies.What you''ll need to succeed In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following skills/requirements:Previous experience in a Customer Service or Business Development role.Prior experience working to KPIs and working in a fast-paced environment.
