As we continue to expand, were looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales Manager to drive our sales strategy and lead the growth of our diverse hospitality portfolio.Position Overview:
As the Sales Manager , you will be pivotal in driving revenue growth across our immersive venue that offers three floors and a large outdoor terrace. Youll work closely with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners to maximise sales opportunities and ensure Impossible Manchester stays ahead of the competition. Your ability to build lasting relationships and lead your team to success will be key to achieving our targets and delivering exceptional service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution : Develop and implement tailored sales strategies for the venue diverse hospitality venues in Manchester and beyond.
Client Relationship Building : Establish and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, agencies, event planners, and other key stakeholders.
Revenue Growth and Market Expansion : Identify new business opportunities and drive the sales process to meet and exceed revenue targets across our hospitality portfolio.
Team Leadership and Development : Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to perform at their best and achieve company sales goals.
Market Research and Competitive Analysis : Regularly monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to keep Tokyo Industries competitive and ahead of industry trends.
Reporting and Performance Tracking : Maintain up-to-date sales records, analyze performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
Key Qualifications:
Experience : Minimum of 3+ years in a sales or business development role within the hospitality industry (bar, club, hotel, events).
Proven Sales Success : Demonstrated success in driving sales, achieving targets, and building long-term client relationships.
Leadership : Proven ability to lead a high-performing sales team and motivate others to reach their full potential.
Strong Communication Skills : Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally at all levels.
Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiator with the ability to close deals and drive business forward.
Industry Knowledge : Understanding of the latest trends in hospitality, event management, and nightlife.
Education : A degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not essential.
