Daytime Catering Assistant andndash; Avonmouth

Berkeley Scott are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hard-working Daytime Catering Assistant to join our clientandrsquo;s team at a busy workplace catering site in Avonmouth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced food service environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service and freshly prepared meals.

Youandrsquo;ll be supporting the day-to-day catering operation andmdash; assisting with food preparation, serving customers, and maintaining clean and organised kitchen and service areas.

Hours:
Daytime shifts, typically Monday to Friday, between 8:00am and 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Assist with preparing and serving breakfast and lunch options

• 
  

  Help set up and restock counters and service areas

• 
  

  Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in both kitchen and dining areas

• 
  

  Operate the till and provide friendly, efficient service to customers

• 
  

  Support with washing up, clearing, and general catering duties

• 
  

  Follow food hygiene and health andamp; safety procedures at all times

Essential Requirements:

• 
  

  Previous experience in catering, cafandeacute;, or contract catering environment preferred

• 
  

  Knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling practices

• 
  

  Friendly, professional approach to customer service

• 
  

  Team player with strong communication skills

• 
  

  Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working in a busy daytime setting
