The Position Applications are invited for a Group HR Manager based at our Doncaster site. This is a full time, permanent, position working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday. This is a site-based role with travel to group sites as required. As the Group HR Manager, your duties and responsibilities will vary on the Company s requirements but will include the following: Provide expert HR advice to managers, ensuring legal compliance and best practice. Support and mentor the HR team across casework, recruitment, and projects. Line manage HR and Payroll staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Support complex ER matters including restructures, redundancies, and TUPE. Drive HR policy development and consistent application across the business.
