to lead the delivery of a major phase of an ambitious

multi-phase scheme

in

Guildford , consisting of

477 mixed-use units .This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected Tier 1 housebuilder on a permanent basis, with a strong pipeline of work and genuine long-term progression.The Role

You’ll be fully responsible for the management and delivery of one full phase of the development, ensuring high standards of quality, programme, budget, and safety. Reporting directly to the

Production Director , you’ll lead on-site teams and liaise closely with design, commercial, and technical departments.Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of the construction phase deliveryOversee site teams, subcontractors, and logisticsEnsure compliance with health and safety standardsMonitor progress against programme and budgetReport directly into the Production DirectorMaintain excellent relationships with internal teams and external stakeholdersRequirements

Proven track record delivering large-scale residential developments (ideally with a Tier 1 developer or main contractor)Experience managing multi-unit schemes (ideally 200+ units)Strong leadership, organisational and communication skillsSMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certificatesExcellent knowledge of UK building regulations and NHBC standardsWhat’s On Offer
