Animal Care and Grounds Assistant - Outskirts of Maldon, Essex Permanent, Part Time 20 Hours Per Week - 13.00 per Hour Are you an animal lover who enjoys working outdoors and getting stuck into a variety of practical tasks? We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Animal Care and Grounds Assistant to join a small, friendly team based on the outskirts of Maldon. This is a hands on role that would suit someone who enjoys caring for animals and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and well presented environment. Working Hours Monday to Friday 4 hours per day/20 hours per week Duties will include: Feeding and caring for dogs on site Putting dogs into and out of kennels Cleaning and maintaining kennel areas Feeding chickens and collecting eggs Grass cutting using a ride on lawn mower Strimming and general grounds maintenance Manual weeding and upkeep of outdoor areas Ensuring animal welfare standards are maintained at all times The Ideal Candidate Will: Be a genuine animal lover with a caring and patient nature Be comfortable handling dogs of various breeds and sizes Enjoy working outdoors in all weather conditions Be reliable, proactive, and able to work independently Have a good level of physical fitness Have previous animal care experience, although this is not essential Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to their own transport due to the rural location What Our Client Offer Permanent part time position Friendly and supportive working environment ..... full job details .....
