This is a key position within the Service Department, supporting the Operations department and wider team to ensure the smooth coordination of fleet servicing and vehicle administration. Previous experience within the automotive or motor trade sector dealing directly with vehicles is essential. Applications without this experience will not be considered. Automotive Service Administrator Key Responsibilities Managing front desk operations and acting as the first point of contact for drivers and visitors Coordinating vehicle collections and returns Raising, processing, and closing job cards using the fleet management system Inputting jobs accurately onto internal systems Administering preparation work for vehicle arrivals and scheduled maintenance Supporting the service team with telephone enquiries Completing invoicing and ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant Conducting self-audits of paperwork prior to filing Adhering to strict operational and compliance procedures Automotive Service Administrator Essential Requirements Proven experience working within the automotive or motor trade sector Experience dealing with vehicles in a Service Department, Workshop, Fleet, or similar environment Strong administrative skills with high attention to detail ..... full job details .....
