Due to continued growth, our client is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Lawyer to join its successful residential property team. The Role The successful candidate will manage their own varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters, supported by an experienced administrative team and modern systems. Work will include sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, new builds, shared ownership, Help to Buy, Right to Buy, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions. You will play a key role in delivering an excellent client experience while ensuring adherence to the firm''s compliance procedures and the Conveyancing Quality Scheme.Key Responsibilities:Managing a full caseload from instruction through to completionHandling sales and purchases of freehold/leasehold properties, new builds, shared ownership, Help to Buy and Right to BuyManaging remortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and leasehold management packsDrafting and negotiating deeds of covenant, licences and related documentsCompleting AML checks, client due diligence and source of funds/wealth enquiriesBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with clients and third partiesCollaborating with colleagues ..... full job details .....
