Overview
Role: Concession Manager for the Oura Concession at Harrods, London. You will lead the in-store execution of the Oura Concession, delivering an exceptional customer experience and bringing the spirit of Oura’s innovation to life through your team.You will provide inspirational leadership while ensuring operational excellence through strategic planning, HR management, and consistent delivery against Oura KPIs. You’ll be proactive in problem-solving, thrive under pressure, and remain adaptable in a dynamic retail environment.Your focus will be on developing and empowering your team—bringing out their best through humility, maturity, and unwavering support. Key Accountabilities
People Management and Development: motivate, guide, and support Sales Specialists, manage all HR-related responsibilities, maintain full accountability for the team’s performance metrics, oversee all aspects of team planning, including scheduling and holiday management.Strategic Planning: manage cross-functional projects, identify opportunities within Harrods, commerciality, partnering with the Stellar team and Account Manager.Clear and Consistent Communication at all levels of the business.Operational Excellence and Clienteling: drive Sales Specialist engagement, liaise with Harrods Private shopping and retail management, Penthouse suite and Personal shopping, stock management and stock orders to space.Embrace Stellar Global Values: Work Smart, Own, Stay Curious and Be Can Do.
Personal Specification (knowledge/experience)
Proven management experience in a premium retail environment.Strong people leadership skills with a focus on coaching, motivation, and team development.Commercially driven with a track record of achieving sales targets and delivering key business KPIs.Confident in reporting insights and actions to stakeholders.Maintains exceptional floor standards and leads by example in customer service.Calm and solution-oriented under pressure, with the ability to de-escalate challenging situations.Trusted to handle sensitive HR matters with discretion and integrity.Experienced in scheduling, resource planning, and managing peak trading periods.Understanding of operational responsibilities, including opening/closing procedures and stock management.Committed to personal growth and inspiring the same mindset in others.Builds an inclusive, people-first culture that aligns with Stellar and Oura’s values.Recognises and celebrates team success, creating a supportive and high-performance environment.
