About the Role
As a Chef de Partie, you will play a key role in delivering
exceptional food experiences
across breakfast, lunch, and hospitality services to over 4,500 discerning customers daily. Working as part of a large, professional kitchen team, you will lead a section and ensure all dishes are cooked and presented to exacting standards - because here, every detail matters.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead a section of the kitchen, producing dishes to high culinary and visual standards
Prepare, cook, and present dishes according to portion specifications and recipe standards
Support junior team members through hands-on training and daily guidance
Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety policies, including allergen awareness and Natasha''s Law
Accurately process and receive orders, maintain stock control, and reduce waste
Maintain equipment cleanliness and support smooth, efficient kitchen operations
Collaborate with the wider team to deliver flawless service across all food offerings
Ideal Candidate
We''re looking for someone who is

Outstanding culinary skills and experience in a busy, high-volume kitchenLeadership ability to inspire and support commis chefs and kitchen assistantsA keen eye for detail, food presentation, and plate consistencyKnowledge of HACCP, allergens, food safety, and best kitchen practicesA calm, positive attitude with the ability to perform under pressureDesirable Qualifications:
NVQ Level 2/3 in Professional Cookery or equivalent
Level 2/3 Food Hygiene Certificate
