A leading specialist contractor in tunnelling and civil engineering solutions are looking to recruit Senior Quantity Surveyors for 2 Sites in London. They''ve been involved in some of the UK''s largest infrastructure projects , having earned the name of being one of the UK''s largest specialist tunnelling subcontractor with a yearly turnover of over 100m. The Selected candidate will ideally have a background working for Tier 1 or Principal contractors on complex / High value infrastructure projects. If you have experience within Tunnelling , Heavy Civils , Enabling works , Sub-structures or any associated works , this could be the right opportunity for you. Some of your duties will include:Preparation of internal commercial reporting and any other reports which may be requiredPreparation of valuations/applications for payment with supporting documentation in accordance with the contract.Preparation of Cost Reports to the Client with contractually compliant supporting documentation.Preparation and management of subcontract and material procurement schedules.Administration of subcontractor/supplier accounts from the preparation of detailed requisitions, monitoring and authorisation of subcontract payments through to agreement of final accounts.Undertake the contract administration, including change management and maintain associated registers.Identifying commercial risks, opportunities, value engineering and change.Utilise the costing system.Preparation of internal commercial ..... full job details .....
