We''re looking for a Head of Donor Engagement, a new role in the Fundraising Leadership Team, to lead our Donor Engagement team. In this strategic role you''ll shape and influence how donors connect with us, ensuring they feel valued and inspired by the impact of their generosity - bringing a joy to giving. You''ll lead a team responsible for donor experience, events, stewardship, and impact communications. Working collaboratively organisation wide, you''ll design compelling donor journeys, deliver meaningful engagement opportunities, and showcase the difference our supporters make. What it''s like to work here Reporting into our Fundraising and Partnerships Director, you''ll join a positive and forward-thinking fundraising leadership team where collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement are key. As this is a national role, there is flexibility on your contractual place of work. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. We''ll talk about this in more detail at interview, but you should expect to be at a National Trust site for 40-60% of your working week.
