Description The Employment Legal Director will deal with a range of work including; Providing expert contentious and non contentious advice on employment law matters to a range of clients.Managing complex employment law cases.Working closely with the existing Employment Partners across the Northern officesDrafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and procedures.Representing clients in employment tribunals and other legal proceedings.Delivering training sessions and seminars on employment law topics.Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
