A city-based investment management firm is looking for a Client Manager to join their Institutional Client Relations Team. This role will involve managing strategic client relationships and supervising team members.You will be responsible for the following:Lead on a number of complex client relationshipsDeliver an outstanding client management experienceAttend client meetings to ensure a high client retention rateAssist in overseeing junior members of the team, providing support with their trainingReview and sign off reports, ensuring client requirements are metEnsure various projects are controlled using effective communication and coordinationThe successful candidate will have:Direct institutional client relationship experienceA solid understanding of fund managementPrevious supervisory experienceA hardworking and proactive attitude, with exceptional communication skills
