Job Duties: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and project requirements. Interpret technical drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates and quotations. Liaise with suppliers to obtain up-to-date material costs, particularly pricing. Clearly explain products and services to clients in a professional and understandable manner. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure tailored, practical solutions are proposed. Attend customer facilities and project sites for discussions and scoping when required. Conduct site measurements using surveying equipment (preferred but not essential). Contribute ideas and participate in discussions to generate new business opportunities. Undertake relevant training and development as required by the company. Perform other comparable duties as assigned by management. Requirements: A degree or HNC/HND in an engineering discipline (Not essential but an advantage). Previous experience in an engineering environment. Be able to read drawings and quote accordingly.
