Our well-established client law firm is currently looking for an experienced Practice Manager to support the Partners in the day-to-day running of their firm across their Potters Bar, Hertford and North Finchley offices.This is a varied, hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys being involved in all aspects of legal practice operations.Essential Knowledge and Experience: Compliance management (from a legal background is essential to the role)Oversight of conveyancing portalsHR administration and recruitment processesFacilities management across multiple office locationsPreferred (but not essential):Familiarity with social media platforms including Instagram and FacebookExperience updating or maintaining website contentEssential Skills:Highly organised with the ability to prioritise a diverse workloadStrong written and verbal communication skillsConfident in collating, interpreting and presenting dataProficient in ExcelFull clean driving licenceWhat they Offer:Flexible working arrangementsHybrid working optionsPart-time position: 3 days per weekThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a varied operational role and enjoys contributing to the smooth and efficient running of a busy legal practice.
