Business Development Manager - Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC) UK - Field Based (National Coverage) We are working with a well-established and growing specialist within the Refrigeration and Air Conditioning sector to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager to support national growth across their RAC portfolio. This is a senior, field-based role with full UK coverage, reporting directly to the Managing Director and offering genuine influence over commercial strategy and business development.The RoleAs Business Development Manager, you will take ownership of the national sales strategy, developing new business while strengthening existing key accounts across retail, food service, cold chain, and commercial markets. You will play a key role in major contract negotiations and tenders, working closely with internal engineering, service, and operations teams to deliver tailored solutions.
