What you''ll do: Lead and develop a team of supervisors, team leaders, and production operatives to deliver top-quality workwear processing to ISO standards. Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient preparation, repair, finishing, and dispatch of garments and textiles.2 direct reports and up to 80 indirect reports Collaborate with senior leadership and engineering teams to reduce downtime and boost productivity. Recruit, train, and motivate staff to meet production targets while fostering a safe and positive work environment. Champion continuous improvement initiatives that keep us ahead in the industry.
