CJS is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a busy and fast-growing Commercial Construction Company based in Heathrow.

As the Project Manager, you will lead and oversee projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to a high standard, using effective planning to maximise profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all building services and site practices, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety (HSE) policies and procedures.

• Manage materials, subcontractors, installations, procurement, and drawing schedules in line with specification and project requirements.

• Monitor project progress and track key milestones and schedules.

• Represent the company in site meetings and act as the main point of contact for project-related issues.

• Provide financial management of projects, including accurate forecasting of costs and labour.

• Maintain strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

• Ensure seamless handover to the client, including aftercare support where necessary.

Requirements:

• Valid CSCS card and SMSTS certification.

• Time-served apprentice or equivalent experience within the commercial construction sector.

• Proven track record of delivering strong financial returns on previous projects.

• Strong people management and leadership skills.

• Excellent planning, coordination, and workload prioritisation abilities.
