This role offers the chance to work across a varied project portfolio within the commercial, retail and residential sectors, supporting a strong national client base of investors, developers and occupiers.

• Deliver pre and post contract Quantity Surveying services
• Cost planning and feasibility reporting
• Tender analysis and procurement management
• Final account negotiations
• Work across commercial, retail and residential projects
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development activities and networking

• BSc Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• MRICS qualified
• Strong knowledge of JCT contracts
• Consultancy-side Quantity Surveying experience
• Experience across projects from -1m - -30m
• Strong client-facing and communication skills
• Commercially aware and target driven
