Develop video campaign strategies across awareness, consideration and conversion stages, aligned with client objectives. Build, manage and refine audiences using signals from GA4, first-party data, lookalikes, in-market segments and customer lists. Work closely with the creative team to shape briefs for YouTube creative assets, including bumper ads, skippable in-stream, in-feed, and vertical formats. Test and optimise hooks, messaging, formats, and CTAs to improve key performance indicators (e.g. VTR, CPV, CTR, ROAS). Advise on creative best practices for YouTube and guide clients in developing effective video content for the platform.
