Pay: andpound;90 andndash; andpound;130 per day (depending on experience and qualifications)
Contract: Full-time, long-term with the potential to become permanent

Supply Desk is working closely with a well-established secondary school in Southampton to recruit a full-time Cover Supervisor to start in October 2025. This long-term role offers the opportunity for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

The Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes during teacher absences, delivering pre-prepared lessons, and maintaining a productive learning environment. Subjects may include Maths, History, Geography, and others across Key Stage 3 and 4.

This is an ideal opportunity for recent graduates, aspiring teachers, or individuals with prior experience working in secondary education. Youandrsquo;ll need to be confident, adaptable, and have strong classroom management skills.

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For:
