Senior Sales Negotiator

Assistant Sales Manager .
This is a
high-volume, top-3 market office
with a strong reputation and a consistently high number of instructions and completions. You’ll be stepping into a well-structured team with excellent leads, a solid stock list, and the backing of an established brand name.
HoursMonday – Friday, 8:45am – 6pm (with some Saturdays on rotation DOE)
Responsibilities
Carrying out property valuations and winning new instructions
– a core part of this role.
Driving stock levels and ensuring the office maintains a leading market share.
Supporting the Sales Director in leading and motivating a high-performing team.
Negotiating offers and seeing sales through to completion.
Managing your own pipeline and overseeing sales progression.
Building long-term relationships with vendors and buyers, providing exceptional customer service.
Essential: proven experience conducting property valuations in London.
Strong track record as a
Senior Sales Negotiator or Valuer
in a busy, high-volume office.
Confident at pitching and winning instructions in a competitive market.
Strong local knowledge of South West London property (Tooting and surrounds a bonus).
Ambitious, entrepreneurial, and motivated by progression – this role is designed to develop into
Sales Manager .
Highly organised with excellent communication and leadership skills.
£60k – £90k OTE , with a strong basic salary + uncapped commission.
Clear progression path to Sales Manager and beyond.
