Our client is a well-established education provider dedicated to supporting children to reach their full potential. They are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to develop, direct and coordinate their financial and administrative services. Based on the Hampshire-Berkshire border, paying circa £36,000 with fantastic company benefits, this is an opportunity not to be missed. What you ll do as the Finance Manager: Provide effective management and oversight of the school s financial and personnel functions Work closely with the Headteacher and Governors to support the ongoing development of the school Deliver a high standard of service and support to all stakeholders across the organisation Support with budgeting, financial planning, and day-to-day financial administration Assist with HR and personnel-related processes and administration Ensure school systems and records are maintained accurately and efficiently Support the smooth running of operational and administrative functions across the school Build strong working relationships with staff, parents, Governors, and external stakeholders The ideal Finance Manager candidate: Previous experience within a finance role at a management level Ideally, experience within an educational setting, but this is not essential Proficient IT skills, including knowledge of SAP/IBC and SIMS Full or Partial AAT ..... full job details .....
