Your Expertise

Deep Oracle EBS SCM experience: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Manufacturing (Discrete and Process), Costing, Planning

Familiar with iProcurement, Supplier Portal, and EDI (ideal)

Configuration, solution validation, training, and post-go-live support

Experience with Oracle Cloud, OUM/AIM, and 3rd-party integrations is a plus

Comfortable leading client teams, managing change, and owning delivery end to end

Role Details

Lead functional workstreams across core SCM modules; engage stakeholders, drive best practices, run workshops, map integrations, and shape design decisions

Collaborate with global teams and clients in regulated environments (GxP/GMP/SoX)

Travel to the US 4–5 times (2–3 weeks per trip) in the first 12–18 months

Responsibilities

Lead requirements workshops

Challenge processes and advocate for industry best practice

Own delivery as solution/workstream owner

Define requirements, map processes, and perform design and gap analysis

Configure applications and manage data migration between environments

Provide functional support for data migration, integration, and reporting

Lead solution validation workshops, testing support, and training delivery

Provide post go-live support and guidance on functional implementation

Qualifications

Customer-facing Oracle E-Business Suite: SCM – Procurement (including iProcurement and Supplier Portal), Procurement Contracts, EDI, Inventory Management, Product Management, Cost Management, Receiving/Shipping, Order Management and Pricing, Manufacturing (Process + Discrete) and Quality, Intercompany and Supply Chain and Financial Orchestration, Supply Chain Planning

Experience with 3rd party integrations / collaboration and reporting tools

Oracle Cloud experience desirable, but role is EBS-focused

Oracle Reporting; familiarity with Oracle OUM and/or AIM methodology

Excellent written and verbal communication; experience leading teams and delivering with clients

Organised, self-motivated, able to multi-task and manage change requests through lifecycle

Ability to manage client expectations, risk, and delivery timelines; provide status updates

GxP, GMP, and SoX experience desirable
