This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to support the wider Financial planning team in delivering outstanding service to clients while benefiting from hybrid working flexibility. Key Responsibilities Provide high-level administrative support to Financial Planners and Paraplanners. Manage and process new business applications, client reviews, and ongoing servicing tasks. Liaise with product providers, clients, and internal teams to ensure timely completion of tasks. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records on CRM systems. Prepare and check documentation for client meetings including valuations and reports. Ensure compliance with FCA regulations and internal procedures. Mentor junior administrators and assist with workflow coordination. Requirements Previous experience in financial planning or wealth management administration. Strong knowledge of financial products including pensions, investments, and protection. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills both written and verbal. Competent IT skills, including CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
