You''ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring smooth purchasing and supply of components, packaging, and finished goods across our global supplier base.This position is based in Central London with 3 days office-based and 2 days working from home, based on a 40hr week.Purpose of the RoleThe purpose of this role is to provide hands-on procurement and purchasing support to the Operations and Supply Chain team, ensuring all goods and services are sourced and ordered efficiently and in line with business needs. You will be responsible for raising and tracking purchase orders, coordinating with suppliers, and supporting the wider team with procurement admin and systems management.Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement OperationsRaise and manage purchase orders for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods in the ERP systemLiaise directly with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery timelines, and documentationEnsure POs are aligned with demand plans and inventory needsMonitor open orders and follow up to ensure on-time deliveryAssist in the management of supplier master ..... full job details .....
