Pinnacle Recruitment are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor on a permanent basis. This role will be based out of our clients office in Tonbridge and would require travel to Folkestone and Dover. Salary - 50,000 - 55,000 DOE + pkg Duties Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental objectives Preparing plans, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation On-site measurement and measurement of drawings as required Identifying potential risks and evaluate options for control On-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work and provide evidence for resolution of disputes Preparation of estimates and analysing sub-contractors quotations Preparation and agreeing variation accounts and the preparation and agreeing of interim valuations and final accounts Prepare and issue certification for contract payments to sub-contractors Ensure all work complies with quality, safety and environmental policies and the requirements of the company procedure Requirements Experience working on heavy civil projects and working with the NEC form of contract.
