Due to continued growth, they re looking to add an experienced Senior Utility Surveyor to their Essex-based team. This is a role for someone who enjoys technical excellence, wants a voice on projects and values working for a business that invests in its people. The role You ll take the lead on detailed utility surveys, working across a variety of sites while supporting junior team members and ensuring projects are delivered accurately, safely and on time. You won t be micromanaged; this is a trusted senior position where your experience genuinely matters. What you ll be doing Delivering PAS128 compliant utility surveys Leading field teams and coordinating on-site activity Carrying out surveys using GPR (high and low frequency), EML and drainage techniques Producing clear, professional utility survey reports and drawings Ensuring quality control across survey outputs Supporting and mentoring junior surveyors Liaising with clients, contractors, and internal teams Occasional travel across the UK and Europe (not constant) What we re looking for You don t need to tick every box, strong experience and the right attitude matter most.
