We are recruiting a Maintenance Manager for an iconic hotel in Bournemouth. As a Maintenance Manager you will need to be organised, confident with a can-do attitude and have experience in property maintenance with a good attention to detail being able to work proactively across the Hotel. As a Maintenance Manager you will be required to master the art of versatility and inject some energy whilst completing a variety of duties. The main duties and expectations within the role are: Possess strong plumbing, basic electrics, portable appliance testing, decorating, and general property maintenance skills able to train others in these disciplines. Good understanding of compliance in hospitality and hotels, including risk assessments. Project management and supervising and coordinating work carried out by contractors. Liaise with Management Company on adopting best practice for day to day management. Checking that agreed work by staff or contractors has been completed satisfactorily and in compliance with Hotel standards.
