What you''ll be doing day to day In this Quantity Surveyor position, you will: Prepare and submit interim payment applications and project final accounts Use civil engineering standard forms of contract, including NEC3 and NEC4 Raise and manage early warnings and play a key role in risk reduction Notify, assess and submit quotations for compensation events Procure sub-contractors in line with the project programme Carry out contract administration of sub-contracts Assess sub-contractors'' payment applications, issue payment notices and arrange payments Agree sub-contract final accounts Measure quantities both on site and from drawings where required ..... full job details .....
