About The RoleWe are looking for experienced, bread and butter Business Analysts who bring rigour, structure, and discipline to requirements gathering and analysis. This is not a role for someone who wants to operate at 30,000 feet. We need analysts who roll up their sleeves, sit with stakeholders, run workshops, and produce clear, well-structured, testable requirements that delivery teams can build against with confidence.You will be embedded within one or more project workstreams within the Cyber Uplift Programme, working closely with Delivery Leads, technical teams, and business stakeholders across multiple operating companies. You must be comfortable commanding a room, facilitating workshops, and challenging vague or conflicting requirements until you reach clarity.Political savviness matters. You will be operating across different business units with different priorities and personalities.
