OverviewAngove Partners is working with an international Insurance Broker who are looking to add a Tax Associate to its Transactional Risk team in London. It is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team in a period of growth.

As a member of the broking team on Transactional Tax insurance deals, the Associate will handle a variety of workstreams in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The role will be very hands-on and provide in-depth exposure to MandA Tax transactions.

Responsibilities

Advising buyers and sellers on tax liability insurance

Drafting insurance quotes and policies

Managing a consistent pipeline of deal flow.

Engaging and communicating with underwriters, lawyers, and accountants.

Qualifications

A background in law or finance is preferable.

Tax Consulting or Private Practice Tax experience.

Ability to work well as part of an open, dynamic and collaborative team.

Willing to utilise technical expertise in a commercial environment.
