A Housing Association based in North London is seeking a Part time Service Charge Officer to join their team. This will be a 3 month contract initially with the likelihood of extension. Key responsibilities: To deliver Service Charge to residents and monitor the audited accounts. Maintain accuracy of scheme and estate level data on the property database. Process and verify bills to be recovered through the Service Charge. Resolve service charge issues and respond to related enquiries and complaints. What they are looking for: An individual who is able to work well with the team and other teams to ensure demands are met. Cover duties and responsibilities within the Service Charge Team during absences. Someone who has a strong background in working within Service Charge and who is up to date with the legislations.
