As we work towards the UKs 2030 net zero target, we are looking for a proactive and people-focused Field Team Manager to support the Regional Operations Manager in leading regional field operations across North East London. This role will cover the HA, UB, W, WD postcode areas, so a good understanding of the local geography and workforce landscape is essential.You will be responsible for leading a team of Meter Operatives, ensuring performance targets, safety standards, and compliance requirements are met, while delivering against key business objectives. The role also includes resource planning, team development, and budget responsibility, making this a varied and influential leadership position.Please note: candidates must have prior experience in the metering industry and have previously managed field-based teams within this sector. Location : Remote with regular travel across the HA, UB, W, WD postcode areasHours: Full-time (42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday).Salary: 41,757 per annum + 2,000 London weighting + 4,500 car allowancePrevious team management experience within the utility metering industryBased within, or in close proximity to, the E, EN, IG, N or NW postcode areas, with a willingness and ability to travel regularly across these areasProficient in Microsoft Office and email systemsNumerate, with the ability to work effectively with dataAble to coach, motivate, and manage performance across a dispersed teamFull UK driving licence (or equivalent) with a maximum of 6 pointsFlexible and adaptable to meet changing operational needsOrganised with strong time-management skillsAnnual salary review-33 days holiday (including Bank Holidays and length of service)- Birthday off- Company sick pay- Life assurance (4x salary)- Pension plan- Enhanced maternity and paternity leave- Exclusive discounts via MyRewards platform- Health expense claims through HealthShield-24/7 Employee Assistance Programme- EV salary sacrifice scheme- Opportunities for professional growth in a rapidly expanding company
