You will diagnose and resolve faults, complete precise documentation, and provide training to customers to maximise equipment reliability and performance.Key Responsibilities: Deliver on-site repair, maintenance, overhaul, and upgrade services for core systems. Diagnose and resolve technical faults, recommending and implementing corrective measures. Conduct customer training and provide clear operational guidance on equipment and processes. Complete mechanical, pneumatic, and electrical assembly work to required specifications. Prepare accurate service documentation and reports, including work logs and checklists. Process replacement and repair orders in coordination with internal teams. Support the execution of service contracts and maintain up-to-date customer documentation. Liaise effectively with engineering and internal teams to ensure technical accuracy and support.
