Senior Brand Manager - Skincare & Devices

Overview
As Senior Brand Manager, you will take full ownership of the strategy, planning, and execution for two key areas of our portfolio:Devices - including cutting-edge technologies from skin analysis to advanced treatment solutionsJane Iredale - the skincare makeup brand, trusted for use immediately post-procedureYou will collaborate closely with Sales and Education teams to develop omni-channel brand plans that drive awareness, generate leads, and convert to sales. Your role will require you to demonstrate commercial viability of your proposals, secure budget approvals, and manage stakeholder communications to ensure seamless implementation and performance evaluation. You will be supported by our Marketing Activation team, which includes specialists across Creative, CRM, Paid Media, Digital, PR, Communications, and Advocacy.
Responsibilities
Develop, own, and articulate a full omni-channel brand strategy for Devices and Jane Iredale, aligned with commercial targets and long-term brand visionLead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Education, and Commercial teams to build and execute integrated 360° marketing plansDeliver detailed briefs for internal teams (Creative, Digital, PR, etc.), ensuring timely and high-quality executionMonitor and analyse KPIs to evaluate campaign effectiveness, applying insights to optimise future activationsBuild business cases to secure budgets, prioritising initiatives based on strategic impact, revenue targets and ROIPlan and execute across all relevant channels, including digital (web, social, email, SEO, PPC), experiential (events, partnerships), and traditional (print, PR, influencer marketing), leveraging both in-house and agency resourcesRepresent the brand at key marketing events, ensuring consistent messaging and meaningful engagement with stakeholders, partners, and customersManage, coach and develop Marketing Executive
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years marketing experiencePassionate about the aesthetics industryExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHighly organised, detail oriented and accurateCreative self-starterAble to meet deadlines and prioritisePositive attitudeHigh integrityResults orientedCommercial awarenessExcellent analytical skillsTeam management experience
