Amber Mace is delighted to be working with a respected provider to recruit an experienced and passionate Registered Manager for a well-established small care home in Nottingham. The service supports younger adults with learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, and sensory impairments, offering a homely environment and person-centred approach to care.

As Registered Manager, you will:
• Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home in line with CQC standards
• Lead, inspire, and develop a dedicated staff team
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and internal policies
• Manage budgets, occupancy, and resources effectively
• Build strong relationships with residents, families, local authorities, and external stakeholders
• Promote a positive, supportive culture and drive continuous improvement

Skills & Experience Required
• Proven management experience within a nursing or residential care setting (experience with LD/Autism preferred)
• Current CQC Registered Manager status or eligibility to register
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding, and person-centred care
• Financial and budget management experience
• Ability to build strong, positive relationships with staff, residents, and families
• Passion, resilience, and dedication to delivering the very best outcomes
