This role focuses on completing essential day-to-day repair tasks, with a particular emphasis on maintaining and repairing door locks, handles, and basic fixtures to ensure a safe and comfortable living environment for residents. Key Responsibilities Carry out routine maintenance tasks, including: Repairing and replacing door locks, handles, latches, and hingesTroubleshooting and fixing minor issues in rooms and communal areasCompleting basic repairs to fixtures, fittings, and general building fabric Respond promptly to maintenance requests and ensure all tasks are completed to a high standard.Conduct checks to identify repair needs and report any larger issues to the Maintenance Supervisor or Site Manager.Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times.Maintain accurate records of completed tasks.Provide professional and friendly customer service to student residents.
