We employ seasonal House Stewards every year. We retain these staff year-on-year as they have very specialised knowledge and skills in relation to telling the story of the House, collection, family history and the relevant wider history of Plymouth sound. Event Steward are also fire evacuation and FRA trained for the House and carry out the relevant daily checks and ensure public safety.
